This is my modern zombie tribal deck I mainly play with. It is based upon having Zombie tokens and providing major power buffs to all zombies on the field with enchantments and other creatures, with a mostly low mana cost aim. This is not supposed to be the best zombie tribal deck, it is what I built in my spare time so any suggestions are welcome.

A few combos know to me are as follows: Bloodflow Connoisseur + Gravecrawler + Rooftop Storm and any other zombie, leading to a vampire with infinite 1+/1+ counters. This combo can further be enhanced by adding a Diregraf Colossus to create infinite 2/2 Zombie tokens, a Prism Ring for infinite life gain, and Diregraf Captain to deal infinite damage through it's effect.
