I donvk know what I was thinkign when i told you that green is not a good color to dral with stormbreath dragon. We have Beast Within wich is literally green Generous Gift. Which I already play maindeck ad my removal, so just swapt that out. Other than that green has a lot of removal for flyers such as Thornado or Broken Wings and latelly we have even gotten them for 2cmc in the form of Atraxa's Fall, very flexible though a sorcery, Plummet and Tangletrap. If sotrmbreath is a problem just play 2 Beast Within and a couole of the spells of your choice amongst the ones just mentioned in the side. Deffinitelly green is the splash to go overall right now. I hope this helps.

Good midrange build. You have a lot of graveyard-based interaction, so let's focus on that a bit.

I would recommend that you put more low-CMC cards into the deck; 3 1-drops isn't very much, especially for a midrange deck. I would add a few more Willow Geists. Some more Sigardian Saviors could also be super helpful.

You should also consider adding cards like Serra Paragon and Tenacious Underdog as powerful and synergistic creatures.

Infernal Grasp and Tear Asunder serve as useful interaction, and they're generally more powerful than a lot of the current removal spells you're running like Broken Wings or Leyline Binding.

Once you've messed with these changes a bit, I think the deck will be a bit more sturdy and consistent. Very interesting first draft!

I would actually avoid lands that come in tapped if you can, for the very reasons you mention - keep in mind, I only run 19 lands with no mana dorks which goes against conventional wisdom. If you were to drop Boseiju, Who Endures, I personally would replace it with Lair of the Hydra, since your third and fourth land coming in tapped is usually not as big a deal, but you need those first two or three lands you play to be available right away.

Broken Wings is another nice budget sideboard option I meant to mention - I use Reclamation Sage because the deck is predicated on casting creatures first and foremost, which is also why the main deck only has 7 non-creature spells.

The trick with decks like this is avoiding the instinct to drift into 'win more' mode. You normally only need to deal 17 - 22 damage to win the game, and you want to do that as quickly and as efficiently as you can. Being able to deal 100 points of damage on turn 5 is meaningless if you can't get there. Nothing in this deck is actually key to it winning, so it becomes very difficult to derail. Just make sure that you have a means to deal with Ensnaring Bridge and a way to recover from board wipers, which often means NOT casting a creature or two when what you have on the board should be enough.

On the proactive side, things look very good. You’ve got lots of synergy and some great wincons. I think you should sideboard in some better removal though. A well timed Solemnity or Vampire Hexmage can really derail you, so I’d recommend something a bit faster than Broken Wings like a Natural State or even a Nature's Claim.

TL;DR: It would not be mono-green.

It might have been a green effect in the past, but it's not anymore. The aforementioned Dosan the Falling Leaf is already more than fifteen years old. Manglehorn and Root Maze affect artifacts, and the latter also affects lands. Root Maze also was originally printed in Tempest and hasn't seen any reprint in almost fifteen years.

Mono- control, at this point, seems to be largely limited to:

Every card that forces discard in Pioneer is also , and two of those three are split/aftermath. Every counterspell in Pioneer also includes . Even specifically stuff like Plow Under is long gone.

Cards like Dragonlord Dromoka and Marisi, Breaker of the Coil say that maybe there's space for casting restrictions, but the confuses the issue. I believe that if City of Solitude were printed today, it would require somewhere in its casting cost, and any would provide an additional effect.

Broken Wings i want to run Naturalize effects in my decks but its offten hard to justify something that might end up being a dead card some games. This thing is an overachiever imo. It's as close to a mono green Utter End or VindicateI ever want to see

Ok so basically you want to build a landfall deck with +1/+1 counter synergies.

First off, there are some cards I recommend you cut since they don't add enough to your gameplan. Commune with Nature is a decent dig spell but it's probably better to just pack more threats instead and cut them. Reclaim the Wastes and Vastwood Surge synergize well with the deck but are unfortunately just not that great cards. The other cards I'd cut are Broken Wings, Sudden Spinnerets, and Vines of Vastwood.

I'd add some better removal in Path to Exile, maybe Prismatic Ending with a single Indatha Triome.

Undergrowth Champion is a fun card. More Hardened Scales and Conclave Mentor can multiply +1/+1 counters.
