I'm trying to make a few cheap decks to get my friend into magic. I aim for a budget of 5-10$ in paper, and they should have similar power levels.

This deck is a reanimator deck. For now, I'm looking for good reanimation targets, with evasion or ETB effects( for Rescue from the Underworld) as well as cheap (dollar wise) reanimation spells. The problem with going cheap is that we don't have access to Entomb and Buried Alive so I'm trying the looting route. We also need to a way to survive the first few turns because our reanimation spells cost 4 or 5.
