If you've been drafting Innistrad you'll most likely recognize this deck, as it is a common draft strategy where you mill yourself then exploit the runic repetition & Memory's journey combo to gain huge amounts of life and have an enormous army of spiders.
Card choices :
Jace, Memory Adept is a key card to the deck : not only does it help you survive (since they need to spend an attack step killing him), but milling 10 card really helps you "get there".
Laboratory Maniac my favorite win condition, he's really hard to kill since you'll always bring him back, and with a Merfolk Looter or Jace, Memory Adept in play you can win the turn you play him.
Mirror-Mad Phantasm as a 1-of I think he's fine. If you can pay the 7 mana right away it protects him from removal and the phantasm can really mill your deck fast.REMOVED Was too "cute" and not effective enough.
Splinterfright isn't as good as I thought it would be, hence the 1-of. He's a big guy with trample but the milling 2 cards a turn thing can really be annoying when your deck is already in your graveyard. REMOVED Skaab Ruinator is a better replacement, since I can cast it from the graveyard.
Silent Departure at first I considered this card but decided not to play it, but now that I tried it I realize it really helps the deck. It's fairly cheap and it can be really good at delaying that final deadly attack. Also, the flashback makes sure that you'll always at least get one use of it.

Suggestions

Updates Add

-1 Splinterfright : never really did anything for me other than beeing a creature in the graveyard -1 Mirror-mad Phantasm : same, it's really expensive and it needs 2 more mana to be effective, overall simply not good enough

+1 silent departure : really helps against aggro, and the flashback makes it really relevant +1 skaab ruinator : removing 3 creatures sucks, but sometimes you really need a blocker and this one does the job real fine
