Budget Dimir Alchemy deck, counterspells, creature removal and early Gurmag Angler. Thanks to Augur of Bolas, Forbidden Alchemy, Tragic Lesson, Mulldrifter you have a pretty good card draw/selection. Tragic Lesson and Mystic Sanctuary is a pretty good draw engine, and even if you don't have the three islands you can always get the land back with Dimir Aqueduct. Counterspell, Deprive and Prohibit are good 2 drop counterspells and Soul Manipulation is great as it can get back creatures from the graveyard and counter creatures. Doom Blade is the go to removal and Echoing Decay, Disfigure are good for removal/damage control and saving Gurmag Angler from multiple blockers. Tragic Slip is a really good card as it can kill any creature in the format. Sideboard is made to tailor for most matchups, at least for my lgs meta. With Cartouche of Ambition,Dispel and Duress you can beat Burn.Shrivel is for Elves as it bypasses Wrap in Vigor. Dispel is for UB Delver. Steel Sabotage is generally good since by game 2 everybody is going to sideboard in Relic of Progenitus and it is pretty good against Affinity in general. Chainer's Edict and Diabolic Edict are good for Bogles if you couldn't counter their stuff. Vodalian Zombie is good for blocking Stompy, Bogles and Elves. The deck may seem slow but it can really dominate in the late game, it may take some skill (and luck) in mulligan, but once you are able to survive the first turns you can gain a pretty good advantage.
