Solemnity also removes all cumulative upkeep costs.

Thing in the Ice   enters with 0 counters with a Solemnity in play. Meaning the first instant/sorcery you cast will flip it Awoken Horror  

NOTE: The cards in the maybe-board are there because I tried to keep the deck as strong as possible without Solemnity. For example, Kitchen Finks and Phyrexian Unlife are still good cards without Solemnity.
