Tha main goal for the first few rounds is to deal some damage by Stromkirk Noble or Delver of Secrets   while cleaning their way by vapor sang and the burning spells: Arc Trail , Shock, Pillar of Flame , Brimstone Volley. And protecting them and the player with couterspells: Mana Leak Negate.

For midgame there is Chandra's Phoenix and Fettergeist to push through some more damage via air.

And the main combo Thunderous Wrath and Noxious Revival is pretty obvious. It should allow you to use the miracle at least twice, which is quite strong especially when you play it for the first time at the end of opptonent's turn by drawing a card for Desolate Lighthouse and then again in your turn. So you deal 10 damage just like that.

Ponder is there not only to prepare the miracle on the top of the deck but it also helps Delver of Secrets   to turn and it also can fix mana problems.

Snapcaster Mage does not need any introduction. It is just universal card in deck full of instant and srocery spells.
