I'm trying for a deck to qualify as "powerless" at eternal weekends, which means no power 9, basar of baghdad, library of alexandria or mishra's workshop. This deck is looking to play some high quality Yo-gi-oh, putting a monster on the battlefield early, and deploy a bunch of pitch casting to back it up.
