Part tempo, part combo. Try to get onto the board as many copies of the Blood Artist, then play a killing wave to do massive damage. Control your opponents' early game with Fume Spitters and Tragic Slips and it'll all be over before you know it. I've had some success with the deck, but some modifications with Cartel Aristocrat might make it even better.
