Harness the Storm is an awesomely fun card! Cast instants to counter/burn your way into late game then get recursion from your graveyard out the wazoo! Izzet Charm and Bedlam Reveler give us just a little bit of card-pitch to help keep this storm harnessed. Take Inventory and Rune Snag are incredibly fun, as is Second Guess-ing after you Think Twice. The Izzet's vacation will be a fun one. (Here, the sideboard is used to indicate cards that have a good chance of finding a place in the deck but missed the cut. Maybeboard is reserved for cards that would change the direction of the deck a little too much but I have considered.)
