this deck is a budget Izzet blitz deck. this deck looks to get out Sprite Dragon, Soul-Scar Mage, Monastery Swiftspear, and Young Pyromancer ASAP.

Then if the super fast damage doesn't win you the game there is an infinite combo you can sideboard in, with Niv-Mizzet, Parun and Curious Obsession, how it works is that when you attack with Niv-Mizzet, Parun you will draw a card through Curious Obsession because Niv-Mizzet, Parun delt damage to a player. Then because of Niv-Mizzet, Paruns ability you deal 1 damage to an opponent when you draw a card, but because Curious Obsession says you draw a card when Niv-Mizzet, Parun deals damage it goes infinite. But if that's to slow, sprite dragon can win the game also.

And if all else fails you can burn your opponent with Lightning Bolt, or Shock which can also be used as creature removal if your opponent has blockers.

For the mana base I tried to fit in as many duel lands as I could for the budget, such as, Sulfur Falls, Shivan Reef, and Frostboil Snarl.
