Version 3 of High and Dry, the Rivals of Ixalan update!

With Rivals of Ixalan, I found more awesome pirates. It was hard trying to fit all of them into a 60-card deck, but I like what I ended up with. It's proven to be decently powerful with the constant generation and use of treasures.

This update includes the addition of Admiral Beckett Brass as well as her Brass's Bounty. Some Forerunner of the Coalitions will help me find the pirates I need when I need them, and Warkite Marauder is just plain neat.

Though I don't know what I'd sub them for, I'd still like Treasure Map   and some more Hostage Takers. But I'm on a budget and don't want to spend money on singles right now.
