Finished the Sideboard with Updated Mainboard —April 19, 2015
So with a tons of thanks from all who helped malfeischylde, TheMouth, Lhurgyof, aboringblackcat, and VampiricJace here is a semi-finished product.
I added more Hymn to Tourachs and a Thoughtseize while taking out Liliana Vess and 2 Duresses. I also took out a Nantuko Shade for a third Dark Ritual which should help with consistency. Then I added the one Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth I own and 2 Lake of the Dead to help the mana base. Then as you can see, I filled out the sideboard with a ton of stuff (I'm a kinda budget player) and finally have a product I can go use that has a finished sideboard.
Thanks again, critiques and comments are still much appreciated as this is still a work in progress.
And hopefully soon we will be able to break into the two digit territory for deck score too!

Another removal spell that hits most threats in Legacy is Victim of Night. Just as an FYI. Also, many people splash a second color in the SB in a mono deck. I mean, you don't really feat a Leyline of Sanctity or Blood Moon with the way your deck is formatted, but for the sake of removal, shouldn't you run a few Verdant Catacombs, and some green enchantment removal, such as Krosan Grip and/or Abrupt Decay and others? I mean, it's pretty relevant, sometimes. Just some thoughts I had while pondering my own mono-black discard legacy deck, and that my friend had while developing an elfball deck. I haven't put together the discard deck, as it is too fragile to sanctity, and etc. And it's too slow. That too.

Also, Liliana Vess is just too slow. You're better off just putting in more removal.

Well, at that point malfeischylde, Should I main deck my Toxic Deluges and take out my Liliana Vess? I put Vess in there mostly for the tutor ability because I'm not dropping $300 on a Grim Tutor.

It kind of depends on the meta. Deluge is a great card, and if you play enough creature decks, it can be a wonder. If you're playing a lands deck, it is useless. I would suggest more removal based on your meta. I know what you mean about grim tutor and Imperial Seal. Crazy expensive. I play black, and honestly, there are just better ways to kill a $300 splurge. Do you find that that many Duresses are useful? Maybe you'd want to do a -1 durees, and a -1 Lili, and then +2 Hymn to Tourach? It gives you card advantage, and forces removal or otherwise gives you card advantage. And, it tends to give your opponent bad gas.

Also, in a mono colored deck, isn't 23 lands too many? You seem to not need that many, and most people don't run that many.

In this deck 23 lands is necessary because I need to get to 4 mana at all costs because once I get 4 mana I can go off with Korlash and the many other spells I got on 4. Also I really only have 21 lands as 2 of them are ramp lands. And huge ramp at that which can power out giant Exsanguinates and the like.

And malfeischylde how about take out a Duress and Lili for a Thoughtseize and Hymn to Tourach?

Try: Lake of the Dead, Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth, Bubbling Muck, Veteran Explorer, Rain of Filth (lots of love, Tommycakes and the stream Skype)

Bubbling Muck and Rain of Filth are really powerful mono-black ramp cards that you should try and fit in asap. Might even be able to throw in some storm at that point.
I'd remove tendrils of corruption for Snuff Out or Slaughter Pact, anything you can keep while tapping out really.
I'd also suggest Hymn. T1 Ritual into a Hymn can be a game-ender.

I like the idea but aboringblackcat, if I want search up an Emrakul or Blightsteel Colossus I need 11-15 lands in play, and I don't think I will ever have that many lands out. But I should be able to search up everything else, so I'll put it in the maybe board. possible a mix of both may be needed.

The balance you mentioned is exactly what I think, yes. I'd take out a duress and something you don't need as much for two hymns, minimum. I run three hymns in my pox deck, and, if nothing else, it forces a force of will if they have one.

I forgot about that, haha. I was just thinking of 3 drop tutors and that was the first to come to mind

Maybe Diabolic Intent, depending on how often you can spare a creature on the battlefield

aboringblackcat, That is possible, I could sac korlash (cause he regens), then play this, or use Phyrexian Reclamation later on whatever creature I sac.

So, malfeischylde how about I take out 2 Duress and 1 Lili for 2 hymn and 1 Thoughtseize? Then stick another Hymn in the sideboard?
Then at that point, I need 4 more cards for the sideboard. Whoo progress, but I still need to finish out my sideboard... Ug. Also do you have any suggestions as to what to take out of the sideboard?

My thoughts on MB:
- -1 Liliana Vess,-2 Duress, -1 Nantuko Shade
- +1 Go for the Throat (or Victim of Night works), +2 Thoughtsieze, +1 Dark Ritual
- Also: fetchlands still work wonders in monoColor, even without Landfall. If you added some Polluted Deltas, Rain of Filths and Urborg, Tomb of Yawgmoth in place of some Swamps, I think the deck'll be more efficient.
My thoughts on SB:
- +1 Hero's Downfall and Hymn to Tourach
- -1 Liliana Vess (far too slow), Dark Ritual (3rd one should be in MB), Chainer's Edict, -2 Mutilate
- Replace them with Innocent Blood, Drown in Sorrow, Bubbling Muck and more removal/discard.
Hope that helps!

Don't play much legacy but seems like a really good deck. +1
