Welcome to Elder Dragon Hyper Budget (EDHB) with Durdle, where every card is under 40 cents (at the time of creation using lowest prices from TCGPlayer). Even with this restriction, we're able to have high synergy, and even an infinite mana combo! The objective of the deck is to use a couple mechanics that are not frequently used. Those would be the power of banding (no memes) with the EoC Destroy mechanic. The end of combat destroy effect we see on cards like Abu Jafar, Cockatrice, and Venomous Dragonfly are especially potent with Lure effects, being able to board wipe all untapped creatures an opponent controls.

Since a band (from Banding) is all blocked if an individual creature in the band is blocked, we can direct the combat damage to creatures that can prevent, protect, or be indestructible against damage. This ensures our creatures with the end of combat triggers will not perish from combat, while potentially killing off an entire board for an opponent. If we are able to get the synergy online in multiple ways, we can make bands for each opponent, controlling the battlefield.

Erinis helps with being able to consistently have a 5/5 deathtouch on turn 3 to start off with a wall, or we can swing in later and have the potential to ramp. The best part is that Erinis can get bigger each turn, ensuring a more stable chance at using it with a lure effect to wipe out creatures, or even swing in unblocked if your opponents get too greedy
