There are several and I really like some of the cards already mentioned (Etherium-Horn Sorcerer is, as DevoidMage said, gold).
To add to the discussion: small critters with deathtouch. Nobody bothers with them, but people leave you alone since you have a deathtouch creature. Ophiomancer comes to mind , and you wouldn't believe how long Venomous Dragonfly kept me safe (though I really dislike the high cmc on that one)
