I have an Angle Tribal [sic] deck which I can play on a third-party app, which is the only place I can afford it. This is an attempt to make it reasonable if you don't plan to spend more than $100 on 60 pieces of cardboard. I may be a Magic player, but I do have some standards.

On cursory playtesting, this still gets out of control fast, but it can't reach the heights of mayhem afforded by Archangel of Thune. Cradle of Vitality is always an option, but because Giada, Font of Hope is a manadork, I can run this deck off as few as two lands, at which point the Cradle will be harder to use. Nykthos Paragon is also an option, but it's off-theme in the sense that it would be the only card in the deck that isn't an Angel or a Cleric.
