Looking for suggestions to incorporate more modern cards

Based on Eric Froehlich BR Vampires from Worlds 2010 (Chiba)

Highly synergistic vamps with Kalastria Highborn as an engine with Bloodghast and Viscera Seer combined with multiple land drops via fetch lands to get bloodghast back, activate kalastria highborn multiple times and all before attacking.

It runs on low cost vampires and cheap removal/damage with the help of red spells.

Pulse Tracker and vampire lascerator hit the board early and maintain pressure or go unchallenged via enough removal. This deck won my local FNM tournament once, highlight of my magic career lol.
