I decided one day to make a deck that was all humans. I imagine it was due to being introduced to MTG in between Avacyn Restored and Return to Ravnica. It's gone through a lot of changes over the years, somewhere blue got splashed in because of Mass Appeal.

Any suggestions would be awesome! I'm kind of a budget oriented person, so I don't like to spend more than like $4 on a card.
