Mage's Attendant
Creature — Cat Rogue
When Mage's Attendant enters the battlefield, create a 1/1 blue Wizard creature token with ", Sacrifice this creature: Counter target noncreature spell unless its controller pays ."

White's counterspells are taxing effects, requiring an additional mana payment, and delaying effects, returning spells to the controller's hand or library. The most recent example of this, and the only new one within the last ten years, is Mage's Attendant, and that creates a blue token (but doesn't need blue mana). The other Modern-legal options are Frontline Medic, Lapse of Certainty, and Time Spiral block's Mana Tithe, Rebuff the Wicked, and Dawn Charm. Generally, Time Spiral block shouldn't be considered as a precedent for anything, so that leaves three mono-white counterspells printed since the Modern era. This includes supplemental sets, Commander sets, and other specialty sets.
In my opinion, white counterspells should fall in the "very rare and inefficient" category, and other non-blue colors shouldn't get any counterspells. White is the only non-blue color with any Modern counterspells, with the Time Spiral-block exception of Dash Hopes, and is second behind blue in eternal formats. I think it's worth noting that green takes second place, behind blue, in countering triggered or activated abilities.

Haven't run Brago in a minute but I noticed you are missing some of the usual suspects

So with Jetmir, you want to go wide, you want to run as many fast creatures and cards that make more creatures as you possibly can.
Some suggestions
3-4x Mage's Attendant
3-4 Fable of the Mirror-Breaker Flip
2-3x Exhibition Magician
Fleetfoot Dancer seems good
From Dominaria:
you may want to run some of the Kamigawa lands like Boseiju, Who Endures, Sokenzan, Crucible of Defiance, and Eiganjo, Seat of the Empire
I wish Jetmir had more support in standard, in modern and EDH he has access to a lot more fun cards. I do not know if there are any make X token cards in standard, I wish you could run Grand Crescendo. My Jetmir EDH can swing for around 100 damage by T5-6. Basically look for anything that can help you go wide while trying to keep the mana curve low.

My Party Time Precon

Phule451 Coveted Prize seems pretty good party pay off and casting either the Cloak and Dagger or the Obsidian Battle-Axe off the top would be pretty fun. I dislike the Irregular Cohort, but I might add the Mage's Attendant back in just for being half a party in a can, and my current list is waayyy to heavily leaning to clerics. So I'm also considering picking up Resplendent Marshal, Dragonscale General, God-Eternal Oketra, a Disciple of Bolas and I think a Nullpriest of Oblivion is a automatic inclusion for the deck. Ya know outside of obvious generic stuff I will want to pick up like Godless Shrine and Marsh Flats.

I know you’ve been trying to use cards you already have on hand, but there are a few cards you may wanna consider picking up: Coveted Prize can be an all star here. Tribal spells work fantastically in a party deck. Two of my favorites that have served me well in my own Party Time upgrade are Cloak and Dagger and Obsidian Battle-Axe. Irregular Cohort and Mage's Attendant can really help fill your party, and Shields of Velis Vel can turn on not only a full party but any tribal synergies you’ve got going on. Hope at least some of that helps. Party on!
