I have been building and rebuilding a mono black Halloween deck for a few years. I can never decide on which cards to keep and which to cut, wether or not it needs a secondary theme (discard, zombies, etc.) to be a little competitive or just put in anything that fits best and play it for the lolz.

Empty the Grave

I like the idea of using Endless Ranks of the Dead, but I think you could put something better than Grave Betrayal in. Yes it's a good card, but do you ever see play with it?
Why are you using Carrion Crow? There are much better choices to use. If it's a budget thing, then fine, but that's why proxies are for ;). Most of your creatures are just... bulk. They are zombies, but do nothing else to advance your deck. Why not try Geralf's Messenger, Rotting Rats, or Dregscape Zombie?
