Update: I cut down on lands a little bit, and got rid of Witch's Familiar since there is a lot of "witch" themed cards coming in the new set. I added changelings based on their names and their general "creepiness". Such as the venomous changeling being a scorpion which is kind of like Halloween since it is a scary bug. The deck now has more changelings with the scarecrow typing to make it synergize with the commander a bit more.

I have been building and rebuilding a mono black Halloween deck for a few years. I can never decide on which cards to keep and which to cut, wether or not it needs a secondary theme (discard, zombies, etc.) to be a little competitive or just put in anything that fits best and play it for the lolz.

Well, here's my advice: seperate what's playable and what's not, it doesn't behoove you to have Witch's Familiar in a binder, but things like Duress are good to have organised. As for extras, absolutely keep them together, if you need a card for anything other than edh or highlander, you will probably want multiples, hopefully this is helpful.
