Sarkhanite312 updated Hundred-Handed Cat

Long overdue
I've finally parted ways with Sun Titan, in exchange for Linvala, Keeper of Silence. This card is faster, more versatile and more disruptive, further pushing the deck into stax territory.

Digging for a Tutor
Out: Wayfarer's Bauble, in: Dig Up
I like Bauble for when I don't start with a green mana source in my hand, but that does not seem to be a problem very often, the land package in this deck is fine and there are a lot of land tutors and other fixers; so I'm taking it out...

I would add at least 2 more lands. During the play test simulation, I was almost always mana-short. You're not always going to have the turn 1 mana elves so it just makes the deck more consistent. But If you really hate lands you can play 20 lands as usual plus 2 additional cycling lands. That way you can still play your spells in the early game and you won't feel bad drawing them in the late game. Keep it up

This is a good start! I would personally cut a basic land and replace it with a land with Cycling.

Two challenges issued, so one card meeting two criteria I shall provide!
An artifact that I would rather an opponent control than myself AND a commander for a strategy I enjoy. This'll be fun.. Cracks fingers
Corion, Faithless Automaton
Legendary Artifact Creature - Construct
At the beginning of your endstep, each player reveals the top card of their library. You lose life equal to the highest mana value among them. Then, each player may put that card in their hand. Each player who puts a card into their hand this way creates a copy of Corion, Faithless Automaton.
2/3
I like clones, and with some mirror box shenanigans, this could be fun. Plus gifting and what not is always a good time. And yes, I would rather my opponent have copies of these so I still draw, but lose less life.
Create an equipment that cares about your favorite type of creature!

I love the fact that the deck doesn't revolve around the Commander as the strategie.
That being said, Primal surge can be countered (and if your opponents know your deck, it WILL).
In that case, what would you do in that scenario? How does your opponents reacts in your pod when they see that deck for the second time?

I've taken into consideration several of those cards and did a bit of testing with Priest of Titania and a fetchable Disciple of Freyalise Flip. They seem to be more reliant and the disciple can be used during the massive amount of mana being gained to sacrifice Atraxa, Grand Unifier thus giving more cards and almost guaranteeing more combo cards or a Green Sun's Zenith to fetch Craterhoof Behemoth or Shaman of the Pack if they have not been drawn. This is in the spirit of combo elves more than any midrange option. Elvish Warmaster is nice, but that ability of triggering only once is not as impressive as Eladamri, Korvecdal being used as a card draw for top deck creature spells. I can still do more testing with Leaf-Crowned Visionary, but Rite of Harmony does give an almost similar effect to Glimpse of Nature with the downside of it needing to EtB. Both Rite and Leaf-Crown would be hit by Spell Snare but I can see an argument for the Crown if more Cavern of Souls are added.
I removed Evendo, Waking Haven since I was hoping they could be quickly turned into Gaea's Cradle, but they are way too slow and having the restrictions of stationing at sorcery speed is a big hinder in case one needs to toss an elf in front of a creature.
The trickiest part of this has been messing with sideboards to combat weaknesses but for the most part the main is done minus a few cards I either missed when researching or an addition or removal of numbers of copies.

berryjon I like the idea but with the very little attacking I've done with this deck I believe just sitting back and building up my board with mana ramp of artifacts and being able to sack and artifact tokens should be good enough. Also with stack pieces slowing games down enough to do said plan lol.

I thought about this idea a day or two ago after I’ve been messing with a deck that can play 40+ lands a turn I built…I’m going to be copying your deck because I absolutely love it. I will likely make some changes, but I don’t know if I could make it better or do more. This is fantastic!

No unfortunately the card is too slow and does nothing by itself. Most Elsha list are not on the card after playing awhile. The meta is a bit intense where you don't often get a turn 4 or 5. 4 mana investment has to be more impactful.
The deck has enough answers to deal with creature stax, they aren't even being played much.

I'd add in a Gwenom, Remorseless a The Soul Stone and maybe throw in a Mana-Dork or three Scarlet Spider, Kaine or Common Crook or Greedy Freebooter.
Looks fun. Combo, not sure yet I'm working on a build in Standard.
