Idoneity, why would such a card require such a restriction, when the amount of mana that it can generate is variable, and dependent upon how many other artifacts that its controller also controls, when Circle of Dreams Druid does not have any restrictions, and, on that subject, why does Nyx Lotus enter the battlefield tapped, when the only way to profit from it is to have devotion to a single color of at least five, and why does Empowered Autogenerator enter the battlefield tapped, when there is no way, no even with a Doubling Season, for its controller to profit from it, in a single turn?

Have you considered adding any equipment cards? putting something like "Aettir and Priwen", "Basilisk Collar", "Blade of Selves", and / or "Brawler's Plate" on Dawnsire could be devastating.

Man this brings back memories! My Dimir mill deck used to be commanded by this guy, until I decided to switch to Phenax, God of Deception. I'd recommend adding Helm of the Ghastlord, to make Mirko harder to block. There are some other auras you can consider as well, like Aqueous Form, Cloak of Mists and Diplomatic Immunity. By the by, I would expect Lightning Greaves or Swiftfoot Boots in here too, just so that he's harder to stop through targeted spells. Any reason for not including these?
