Excluding all khans and fate reforged since it's rotating soon and I want this deck ready to be upgraded when Shadows over innistrad comes out.
Some of the themes of this deck are prowess, dragons, and "unblockability" and other forms of getting damage directly to the opponent.
Stormchaser Mage, Abbot of Keral Keep, and to a lesser extent
Elusive Spellfist
have prowess and there are 18 instants/sorceries to trigger them. Obviously
Elusive Spellfist
falls under unblockable category, and the 4x Stormchaser Mage all have flying which makes them somewhat elusive, and same goes with the dragons.
6 Dragons in the form of 4x Thunderbreak Regent and 2x
Icefall Regent
. Also have 4x Draconic Roar and 2x Silumgar's Scorn because of the synergy, and both are great cheap spells for what they do. More elusiveness since they all have flying, and when targeted they either take damage from Thunderbreak Regent or have to spend extra mana to target

There's 4x
Slip Through Space
which allows me to get through and triggers prowess for only 1 mana. Drawing the extra card also really helps in this deck because ideally I want to be casting multiple cheap spells in a turn. This makes it easy to do a lot of quick damage especially when combined used with Stormchaser Mage who has haste and it's not hard to add a 1 cost

There's also 4x
Exquisite Firecraft
which is a super great burn spell, and it's easy to get spell mastery which makes unavoidable and goes along with the elusive theme I guess.
Have 1x Mirrorpool and 2x Goblin Dark-Dwellers to recast ideally
Exquisite Firecraft
for even more direct damage.

Haven of the Spirit Dragon
to get a dragon back in the hand.
Really wanted to make
Spatial Contortion
work since it doubles as a removal spell and buff, but decided
Titan's Strength
is better due to cheap cost and the scry 1. I put it in the sideboard for that reason and I have 8 colorless land sources to make this card work if need be.
