Building semi-budget deck being:AggroDiscardBlack,Red
This deck focuses on doing creature damage, getting +1/+1 counters and discarding oponnents hand, to leave him harmless. Its importnant to be aware of how is your oponnents deck fast and how much burn/or creature removal he has.
Main Idea:
- Turn - Rakdos Cackler +1/1 unleashed/ Vault Skirge for 2 life, these one drops are very consistent
- Turn - Curse of Stalked Prey/Stormblood Berserker/or other two drops
- Turn - Oona's Blackguard if there is unleashed Rakdos Cackler and bloodthirsted, Stormblood Berserker , swing "-2" cards or u can play lightning bolt to remove some creatures or Drana, Liberator of Malakir
- Turn, swing your creatures + Blightning, droping Rakdos, Lord of Riots, Olivia Voldaren

**Creatures***
Rakdos Cackler - budget version of goblin guide, pretty efficient and multicolored +1.
Vault Skirge - very useful one or two drop, nice combo with Curse of Stalked Prey
optional Ash Zealot - one of the top RR two drops on modern, double red most of the time works, I didnt find better alternative.
optional Battle Brawler - powerful card for RED/BLACK/WHITE decks, it fits well i would say.
Stormblood Berserker - you will realize that this card contains lots of power power. Situationaly 3/3 and having Menace.
Oona's Prowler - 3/1 flyer, with option to discard a card, being able to hit with blightning on next turn to do maximum discard damage, not bad at all.
Oona's Blackguard you dont rly benefit from 1. ability, but second ability can be devastating, because lot of creatures here have they own counters, leaving opponent without cards on 3rd or 4th turn. If you are lucky enough to strike with Blightning thats it....
Drana, Liberator of Malakir - if it lasts few turns, it wins games.
Rakdos, Lord of Riots - mid range winning card, if not removed early it wins games.
Olivia Voldaren - also wins games by itself, flyer, damage dealer, selfbooster.
Ashenmoor Liege - heavy booster for R/B beater creature cards.
**Instants, Sorceries ***
Lightning Bolt 3 damage, 1 mana instant, nice early game pressure.... +1
Terminate - big creatures destroyer
Blightning - a bit of control and damage
**Enchantment ***
Curse of Stalked Prey I had a problem that some players are letting damage go through to get time for devastating combos. This card punishes it and forces player to block our creatures, with first strike and trample it gets pretty awesome while in first damage step you might get +1/+1 counter.
