Originally built as a 101 card Teachings deck, the deck aims to pack more counters and removal than is needed just to outdraw, outcounter, and outkill anything. After a few changes in paper, the deck has been whittled down to only 80 cards, and win conditions are cut to a minimum and are usually incidental, with Evincar's Justice and Ill-Gotten Inheritance being the only way to close out games. The newest addition to the deck is Ill-Gotten Inheritance and that's just what the deck needed: a way to just sit back and win the game in a somewhat timely manner while also not tapping mana at sorcery speed every turn. Justice is still a mainstay in the deck with low-to-the-ground aggro decks running around and deserves more spots than Inheritance. In the worst case scenario, the addition of Devious Cover-Up ensure two things: the deck never mills out willingly, and you can always get your Inheritance back.
