Here are the 3 phases to how this deck works.
Builders
Here we utilize Elvish Mystic, Sylvan Caryatid, Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, and Karametra's Acolyte to get us a lot of mana, very quickly.
Backbone
In this area of gameplay we try and drop Arbor Colossus first and foremost due to his huge boost to green devotion. Then Corpsejack Menace, Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord, Kalonian Hydra, and Colossus of Akros as soon as is possible after that.
Beatdown
In this final stage we use the excessive amounts of green devotion to grow your Colossus of Akros from a 10/10 to a 20/20 (or 30/30 w/Corpsejack Menace) and swing for huge amounts of damage and then sacrifice him with Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord to make your opponent lose all their life. If that wasn't enough, you should still have a few hulking Arbor Colossus (Colossi) hanging about or Kalonian Hydra to finish up the job.

T1: Forest, Elvish Mystic
T2: Swamp, Sylvan Caryatid, Elvish Mystic
T3: Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx, Karametra's Acolyte
T4: Drop Arbor Colossus without using the Acolyte and one Mystic, then tap the Acolyte for 7 mana, and drop Colossus of Akros
T5: Drop Corpsejack Menace or Jarad, Golgari Lich Lord and Monstrous the Colossus of Akros swing with him for 30 damage, or swing for 20 then sacrifice for 20.
