Sort of an offshoot of the popular GW Hatebears. It ups the Tax with Blood Moon and Avalanche Riders (which combine well with Flickerwisp/Restoration Angel), and brings the Death through the
Restoration Angel
+ Kiki-Jiki, Mirror Breaker infinite combo (which, btw, can be done under the protection of Aether Vial).
Trading green for red gives us a weaker beatdown plan and weaker graveyard hate Scavenging Ooze, and also we lose the mana dorks, which gave us lots of good early game plays such as a turn2 Strip Mine by combining Leonin Arbiter and Ghost Quarter. However, the mana dorks are dead draws later in the game, and I'd rather have good topdecks, especially when we're playing 4x Aether Vial already.
The loss of Scavenging Ooze makes at least 2x Rest in Peace mandatory in the sideboard. Other than that, we don't lose too many options. Creeping Corrosion is replaced with the superior Shatterstorm, and Choke is replaced with Blood Moon.
The loss of mana dorks frees up main deck space, which I've used for maindecked Blood Moon and Spellskite. Spellskite is obviously great against all the best removal in Modern, and protects our more important creatures (and combo pieces). Blood Moon is great against lots of the decks in Modern, but could possibly be better sideboard.
I've also maindecked Mangara of Conondor as an extra piece of (possibly uncounterable) removal. She can be used multiple times by abusing instant speed flicker effects.
I would have liked to include more removal, but without a decent
Flametongue Kavu

I replaced the Akromas with Kiki-Jiki because the morph synergy is a bit too cute, and not as game ending, immediate, or useful as Kiki-Jiki.
I replaced Magus of the Moon with Blood Moon - not sure if this was correct. There's advantages to both. Uncounterability and 2 Power vs Dodging creature removal.
I also replaced the Thalias with Spellskites and Mangaras. Not sure I like Thalia in Modern too much.
