Arcum's Astrolabe and Ichor Wellspring help fuel Goblin Engineer .

Even after all the equipment have been tutored Goblin Engineer can cycle 2 Ichor Wellspring . The ability effectively becomes tap draw 2.

Flickerwisp can reset Batterskull and re-use etbs from Stoneforge Mystic , Goblin Engineer , Arcum's Astrolabe and Ichor Wellspring . It also wears equipment just fine.

Gideon, Ally of Zendikar and Squadron Hawk help to make sure there are bodies around to wear the equipment.

Mistveil Plains lets you continually loop Squadron Hawk and can put good cards back in your deck from the graveyard. You end up shuffling pretty frequently in this deck so you might find those cards again.

Also Mistveil Plains is a plains so you can get it with Arid Mesa when you want it.
