An Ode to the Turbo Flare/U/R archetype, circa Zendikar days...

...but this one is with upgrades.

Burst Lightning has been removed in favor of Galvanic Blast. Frankly, having to pay 5 mana for 4 damage ispitiful, especially in light of the number of artifacts that help to force card draw for the opponent. For the moment, it's in maybe board, with Sleight of Hand in that position in order to streamline card draw.
