Based around Whelming wave and a few other combos... an updated version of my first magic Deck ever.

If anyone could help me i'm trying to find cards to increase mana in this deck, the high tides are great and the rewinds are good but i feel like most blue players use better mana ramp style cards (sorry I've only built a Green/blue deck, this is for my buddies deck i'm workin on)The side deck is other possibilites for the deck, practically just some cards i'm gonna have to go over later and see if they're better than anything in the main deck... Thanks in advance for help.

If i could play land tapped from deck to field with anything that's blue or an artifact please let me know
