This is a cruel lore budget deck. I am very open to suggestions

If you like this deck but you have a higher budget I suggest first adding shock lands (swapping out the pain lands), next adding check lands, and lastly adding fetches.

For even lower budgets than $100, first ditch the nonbasic lands, then replace the Lightning Bolt s with Shock , and lastly replace Inquisition of Kozilek with Divest or Duress
