So as the spoilers have been trickling out I've been contemplating my updates. I've made a few changes and will explain below why I made those choices and hope to get some constructive feedback. Preparing for rotation so please no ravnica suggestions:
Sylvan Caryatid and Courser of Kruphix standard core of most decks running green.
Nissa, Worldwaker when I have no need for extra lands, I start turning them into elementals. Extra 4/4 attackers are never bad. Puts alot of pressure on the opponent to answer them. Also trample. I'll have to be careful playing her too early if my opponent wraths my board, I risk losing land.
Elspeth, Sun's Champion lots of token creation and lets me blow up threats to my board. Ultimate is a win con for this deck.
Brimaz, King of Oreskos, Fleecemane Lion,
Polukranos, World Eater
are pretty much the big hitters of the deck. They hit my opponent in the face.
Rakshasa Deathdealer
is being considered to replace Fleecemane Lion or at least 2 of them because
Rakshasa Deathdealer
eats Courser of Kruphix with his pump which my deck struggles to get through in it's current state. I can pump it as long as I have mana and at the end of it it can be regenerated.
Hero's Downfall and Thoughtseize standard black disruption package. removed Silence the Believers in favour of
End Hostilities
mana base is a bit sketchy at best but I need to really sit down and work that out once my creatures/ spells are sorted.
Side board is still a work in progress, but it is coming along.
Maybe board is showing some of the potential khans replacements. Siege Rhino would probably replace at least one
Polukranos, World Eater
Chord of Calling would be to whip out
Ivorytusk Fortress
which I think is going to have potential going forard into the new standard.
Hooded Hydra looks interesting but I think I'm just blinded by shininess of new cards.
Once again no ravnica suggestions, this deck is preparing for rotation as I will most likely end up playing abzan in khans.
