Panharmonicon is an unbelievably abusable artifact. Get it out as soon as possible and watch as every card in this deck gains mythic-level status.
The main interaction of this deck is to drop Avenger of Zendikar when you have a couple Soul Wardens or Essence Wardens out and Panharmonicon(s). Gain 50+ life and mad tokens my guy.
Soul Warden and Essence Warden will start gaining you a nice, steady stream of life from the moment you drop them and provide the eventual 50+ life boost from Avenger of Zendikar that will very most likely win you the game. They also enable to take hits from your opponent, which will keep your card drawing Walls up, hopefully in time for flickering.
Wall of Omens and Wall of Blossoms will help you get there, and are good to flicker early game with Cloudshift. Once Panharmonicon is out, these cards will become absolute powerhouses that will greatly accelerate the deck.
Sylvan Ranger will get lands out for Avenger and also thin your deck out in the search, making it a good, cheap blink target. Nest Invader will accelerate your mana as well and gain your life from the Wardens.
Fairgrounds Warden is your line of defense. Take some damage early on (the lifegain Wardens will get you a substantial amount of life during the game) and than Panharmonicon a Fairgrounds Warden once your opponents board is confidently full of creatures and lock them out.
Eerie Interlude will end the game if your board is stacked, save you from Wrath effects, and will 'reload' Fairgrounds Warden if your opponent has more creatures, in addition to Cloudshift. Draw tons of cards from the Walls as well.
Aetherflux Reservoir is a big boomstick and will even net you some extra life. A very feasible alternate win con to Avenger of Zendikar.
And then Craterhoof Behemoth.
That's pretty much it. Thragtusk, Centaur Healer, Knight of the White Orchid, Trostani's Summoner, Sun Titan, Primeval Titan, and Angelic Chorus could be cool too.
