A major re-imagining of the Howling Mine/mill-with-card-draw archetype.

The core synergy of the deck is (Dictate of Kruphix+Kami of the Crescent Moon+Master of the Feast)+Fate Unraveler

Due to the prevalence of Enchantments amongst these, Grim Guardian and Whitewater Naiads are included for additional attrition/damage.

Mark of Eviction provides both Constelation triggers and bulks out opponents' hands resulting in more cleanup-step discard.

Waste Not provides mana, card draw and chump blockers from incidental cleanup-step discard.

Still very much a prototype. I think I have found all relevant cards but I am finding it hard to finalize inclusions and numbers.
