Dragons and some synergy with "flickering/blinking"

Challenge will be to survive long enough for the deck to get started. hopefully you can use Sweltering Suns, Sleep, and exclusion mage to hold them off

you can blink to have opponent discard, make tokens, reset exertion or hexproof or even make them choose between sac a creature or take 5 in the face also sideboard in to blink to destroy artifacts and enchantments.

I’m having trouble deciding between disallow and negate.
