Now that the preface is out of the way. Let's go into how this deck works. I am going for a Curse of Exhaustion + Knowledge Pool combo. If this combo where to go off, that player can't cast spells. There are other cards out there that effect everyone, so I also included ways to cast spells that aren't technically casting spells. For example: Quest for Ula's Temple.
