This is a Naya Beast tribal deck that utilizes the powerful stats of beast creatures like Woolly Thoctar , Kalonian Tusker , and of course the aggressive powerhouse Kiln Fiend. This deck generates card advantage in Descendants' Path and Explore . Our creatures can become even stronger with cards like Always Watching , and we have protection from sorcery speed removal with Eerie Interlude. The rest of the cards allow us to win incredibly early. Combined with Kiln Fiend, Assault Strobe , Temur Battle Rage, and Giant Growth. In fact, Kiln Fiend can kill as early as turn 3 with the right hand. Stoneforge Masterwork allows us to buff a beast to a decent size, in order to punch through awkward board states. Furnace Scamp is our only creature one-drop. It's in the deck as a way to deal a quick 4 damage, but it's not necessary and is one of the first cards to get boarded out. Cystbearer is another combo beast; With a simple Giant Growth and Assault Strobe or Temur Battle Rage this creature delivers a swift death as early as turn 4. Oh and Thragtusk...he was a standard powerhouse, and is still a force to be reckoned with in Modern, turning the game around with the life gain.
