If your not already familiar with this deck, the combo here is Duskmantle Guildmage + Mindcrank . You start by getting the combo pieces on the battlefield, then you somehow get a card from anywhere into your opponent's graveyard, which causes the opponent to lose 1 life due to Duskmantle Guildmage's first activated ability, that must be activated in order for the combo to be successful. Then Mindcrank triggers, milling the opponent, then both cards trigger infinitely and therefore mill infinitely.
