My build for RG Tron, and still one of my favourite decks to play in modern.

Sideboard is mostly self explaining, Thragtusk is very very good against Burn and stuff like that, against Dredge and graveyard heavy decks there are Grafdigger's Cage and Relic of Progenitus. Pithing Needle handles every annoying Planeswalker, Aether Vial and stuff like that.

Gut Shot is vey very useful against infect and turns out Guttural Response is awesome - no one is expecting that his Cryptic Command gets countered against a green/red deck.
