Black and blue deck with lots of counter and discard. Includes Waste Not for discard deadliness, and Ugin/Silumgar dragon synergies.Looking for help making the deck more deadly. I don't have several copies of a lot of these cards, but it would be nice to know which cards should have more copies in the deck and which cards should be cut.
