Getting my thoughts on paper for tweaking elemental tribal in modern. It has good value with risen reef, which can combo with harbinger to immediately tutor. It also has combos with thunderkin awakener, lighting skelemental and vesperlark. Altogether seems like it has potential but might need tweaking and possibly one more strong elemental piece in an upcoming set.

Edit Recently added insolent neonates and simian Spirit guides. This caused a need to tweak the landbase and remove primal beyonds, but these additions allow a lot more powerful turn 2 plays, including getting in with skelemental on turn 2 much more frequently.
