Sideboard

Esper part 2 after 2 weeks of play at FNM. I've gone 4/0 both times. Esper is really good right now.

I've shored up some of the inconsistencies with the mana, and upgraded to a full 4 Digs. I'm not sure how I feel on the one-of Banishing Light. I might make that a Treasure Cruise.

I really like having Jace's Ingenuity as a non-Delve spell. I've had to hard cast.

The 3 Dissolves are for the big stuff after sweeping the board. Early game I don't really care what they do in the early game. Low chance of running into control these days, so Thoughtsieze in't really needed. With as much aggro is out there, probably not wise.

Midgame we should be able to sweep the board. Hopefully we'll be in good shape because of our awesome little scry-blockers, Omenspeaker. We have plenty of removal.

I don't like Murderous Cut much, especially when I'm hoping to Dig Through Time. I've upgraded to more fetchlands in the hope of filling the graveyard more. Unfortunately, fetchlands do thin your deck so running 27 lands seems to be required.

Jace is here to do three things. He digs us through our deck while filling the graveyard, and he also tends to get attacked a lot. Perfect for keeping the heat off the ol' life total.

So far this deck has been a blast to play.
