have you thought of using cheap pump spells like Built to Smash Borrowed Hostility or Precise Strike when you've got the Marionette Master out?
for 2 or 3 mana you could sack the Implement of Combustion and do something between 4 and 6 damage from 2 pump spells and an Implement activation

this is a great deck, i've alaways been a fan of blue/red spells. I would just recomend adding some Anticipates or Glimmer of Genius in replace of some of the creature pumping like Invigorated Rampage or Precise Strike.

Not a huge fan of Precise Strike
Aerial Modification is too slow for your deck. being as aggressive as you are 5 mana is a lot. It also runs into the issue that now a spell that hits artifacts creatures or enchantments blows you out and it it is one of the first 2 you get 2-for-1-ed. Start Your Engines and Siege Modification are more reliable/efficient.

Mr.Maniac: I'm glad you agree with Waxing Moon because I think it's versatile in combat and in conserving mana. If played well with something like Ulvenwald Captive Flip it essentially makes Waxing Moon free. Burn from Within is good, but sorcery speed is not. The thing I like most about Blessed Alliance is the options I have early game and late game.
WonderingSavior: I've been debating adding Duskwatch Recruiter Flip only because I want werewolves that stay permanently transformed. I may replace Conduit of Storms Flip because I think it's one of the slower cards in my deck and I can get more mana main phase 1 that way than waiting until main phase 2. I did have Village Messenger Flip at first, but then I replaced it with Kessig Prowler Flip. I'm definitely replacing Precise Strike with Blossoming Defense! I want to throw in Moonlight Hunt, but I'm struggling to decide which card to take out. Would Uncaged Fury be reasonable to switch out?
