Started with this as the base for this deck http://magic.tcgplayer.com/db/article.asp?ID=15311&writer=Strictly+Better+MTG&articledate=5-29-2019. I change the lands to what I have, added one Command the Dreadhorde to get a better draw chance, removing Basilica Bell-Haunt and added two Mortify to get a better draw chance, removing Orzhov Enforcer and Plaguecrafter . Thinking of adding in one more of both Command the Dreadhorde and The Wanderer .

Thinking of adding in a bit of blue for some control cards like Soul Diviner , Time Wipe , Tyrant's Scorn , Teferi, Time Raveler , Narset, Parter of Veils , Nightveil Sprite (to put creatures in my graveyard for Command the Dreadhorde , then to draw the cards needed with other cards.), Barrier of Bones to do the same thing as Nightveil Sprite . Not sure what to replace what cards here for them without losing my card draw creatures. Would like suggestion on a land base for adding in blue.

Here are some ideas to cards to put in when standard rotates out cards. Spark Harvest , Spark Reaper , Massacre Girl , The Elderspell , Final Payment
