Deck {B}{R}:

A midrange Vampire deck that makes use of Blood tokens for card draw, removal (Bloodtithe Harvester) and to pump deck finisher Bloodvial Purveyor.

Vampire Socialite, Vampire of the Dire Moon and Play with Fire are low cost/high synergy cards that ensure your Vampire creatures (and Vampire tokens) enter the mist with additional +1/+1 counters.

Vampires:

• Vampire of the Dire Moon (deathtouch, lifelink)
• Vampire Socialite (menace, conditional +1/+1 counter generator for vampires)
• Hungry for More / Vampire 3/1 BR (trample, lifelink, haste, flashback)
• Bloodtithe Harvester (ETB create 1 blood token, conditional removal)
• Voldaren Bloodcaster   / Bloodbat Summoner   (flying, blood token generator/conditional 2/2 bat token generator)
• Nighthawk Scavenger (flying, deathtouch, lifelink)
• Bloodvial Purveyor (flying, trample)

Planeswalker:

• Sorin the Mirthless generating Vampire 2/3 B tokens is the main role for the card in this deck. Creating these tokens with +1/+1 counters on them is commonplace when Vampire Socialite is on the battlefield. The +1 loyalty ability gives the deck steady card draw to keep casting vampires or removal.

Blood token generator:

• Voldaren Estate (acts as a mana sink to increase your Blood token count. Use them to increase the effectiveness of Bloodtithe Harvester and to transform Voldaren Bloodcaster   into Bloodbat Summoner  ).

Removal:

• Play with Fire
• Infernal Grasp
