This is an omnath tempo deck built around dropping a massive amount of triggers through landfall and risen reef, it potentially loops until the majority of the deck has been drawn. The synergy goes like this: risen reef drops a land, omnath locus of rage and lotus cobra are triggered, then omnath locus of rage triggers risen reef and so on. having more of the risen reefs and lotus cobras speeds this up significantly. In the case of when you get no land drops from risen reef you will likely have card advantage from the spells that are drawn through risen reef. There's a high likelihood that you might deck yourself with this synergy but hopefully by that point you'll have enough elementals to sacrifice through goblin bombardment to win the game. The rest of the deck is geared towards protecting yourself so you can get the synergy going.
