Where I got the list from

Was looking to get into modern, and mono-blue tron looks like a decent and cheap control deck.If anyone has any advice for the deck or modern in general, I'd greatly appreciate it.

One thing I will be considering is swapping Talisman of Dominance for Talisman of Progress so I can use Detention Sphere. If anyone happens to know how that works out, I'd appreciate the input.

Am also considering running Batterskull. Any input on that would likewise be appreciated.
