This is a Blue/Black Mill deck I have been working on. I wanna make this tournament-ready, but i need lots of help to get it there. I am kinda sorta on a budget but not too much. There are some cards that are wayy to expensive currently but that dosent mean i cant get around to getting them eventually:) please i will take any help given!
