Was Teferi, Time Raveler given any consideration for its static ability?

boristormodor, sorry I should have checked the latest change log to see Teferi, Time Raveler was cut.
How often do you cast/ exile Cyclonic Rift or Finale of Devastation when using Golos, Tireless Pilgrim's ability in conjunction with the
Bloom Tender + Jeskai Ascendancy/Faeburrow Elder/Living Plane combo?
I ask this because you mention both in the win-con section detailing the above listed combo. You state, "In the end, we want to play some creatures out, or play an overloaded Cyclonic Rift and finally play a game winning Finale of Devastation, which gives all of our creatures for example +30/+30 and haste."

Thank you Frank_Glascock for your comments and sorry for the late answer.
You're totally right. Opposition Agent and Hullbreacher will definitely be included in the deck, but I haven't decided on what to cut yet.
Teferi, Time Raveler was cut due to his 3 cmc, being vulnerable to attacks after using his second active ability and being useful for opponents in some stages of the game aswell.
If you hit Cyclonic Rift or Finale of Devastation it doesn't matter to much, because of Timetwister and Noxious Revival. But I actually don't hit them too much, because we hit a tutor earlier and can get to the needed card safely. Furthermore we normally hit a "Feel the Wheel Combo" earlier aswell to get tutors or draw the cards themselves.
Thanks again for your comment. I hope my answer helped out. And no, I didn't post the list anywhere else. Maybe someone copied it. I searched for the deck on mtggoldfish. But I couldn't find it. Well it doesn't matter in the end :)

Frank_Glascock maybe I misunderstood your question. If you wanted to know if I win often with the Jeskai Ascendancy combo, I can give you a clear answer. Yes, I do. If you don't fizzle in the first two activations, you will most likely not fizzle at all and get your whole deck to play.

boristormodor, thanks so much for getting back to me. You answered my question about how do you win with Cyclonic Rift or Finale of Devastation off of Golos, Tireless Pilgrim activations.
I cut Alms Collector and Aven Mindcensor for Hullbreacher and Opposition Agent.
Here is the link for the copied deck.

I found it by searching Golos decks on Edhrec.com and using Jeskai Ascendancy and Living Plane as inclusions.

boristormodor, thanks again for creating this deck and by providing an outlet for discussion. My playgroup also doesn't allow for infinite damage, mana, draw, ect.
I am curious about the inclusion of Exploration in a deck that plays 29 lands. I assume it is good primary when you wheel. Could Jeweled Lotus be played in that slot considering Golos is a main part of your early game and is also part of your primary wincon?
Is Jeskai Ascendancy the reason the deck isn't playing more counterspells? Flusterstorm and Pact of Negation are played in most blue cEDH decks. Force of Negation is another possibility. Silence would also be good as wouldn't have to have a target so Jeskai Ascendancy would trigger.

You're welcome :) I appreciate your interests in my deck!
Exploration is great for getting extra mana with Golos activations or, as you already said, with wheels. I really love this card, but feel free to cut it, if it doesn't work out for you.
Jeweled Lotus is sadly not too good for this deck. It's kind of good in the first two turns, but I would highly recommend Mana Vault over it, because you can use it to cast Golos, Tireless Pilgrim or activate him, or cast a "Feel the Wheel" combo. It's a dead card in the mid to late game.
I can definitely include Silence. I just didn't do it, because I think that Grand Abolisher and Vexing Shusher are better for the deck. But if you need more, include it.
I considered Flusterstorm and Pact of Negation aswell, but they're not too good with Jeskai Ascendancy, but more important they're not too good with Golos, Tireless Pilgrim in general.
I will probably make the Alms Collector cut, but I have to think about Aven Mindcensor. I think that having another 3 cmc flash creature, to interrupt opponents tutoring and fetching is just too good.
Thank you very much for your interest again. I really enjoy the discussion!

boristormodor, it seems to me that there are not enough competitive casual decks like yours being playtested that are tuned but have no infinite combos. I really have enjoyed the discussion. You have all the practical insights from playtesting the deck that counterbalance my theoretical questions.
Has 29 lands been sufficient with three colorless (potentially with Gemstone Caverns) lands? My math may be off. I have your converted mana cost of green spells at 28, blue 26, white 12, black 11 and red 10. Breeding Pool is the only shock land in the deck. Have you found you needed another blue/green source, Rejuvenating Springs perhaps, or another fetchable shock land?

Frank_Glascock, my playgroup and me really enjoy playing decks like this. But it is hard to develop decks, which are strong enough to contest, but don't accidentally go infinite. But those are great challenges in the end.
I playtested the the deck a lot and I think the mana base is just fine like that. We can't afford to play more lands due to drawing them in windfall effects is not too great. Perhaps we need to mulligan, if we don't find the right color sources in the opening hand, but we have about 25 lands/rocks which provide or search for or on turn 1. This should really be enough. So no I don't think another source is needed.
Later in the game fixing is no problem because Golos can search for Command Tower if needed on turn 2 or 3. The best land to search for is obviously Gaea's Cradle. But if other things are necessary, it's no problem to search for color fixing first.

boristormodor, thanks again for the feedback. I am always excited to see a notification that you have posted a reply.
Would you be willing to post some of the other decklists from your playgroup? It seems both of our groups are utilizing competitive casual decks. It would be great to have more of these decks from which to choose.
I would like to post one deck that I found online and one that I have been working on for a few years.

This deck was designed to be a cEDH deck by Marcsman. He has not updated the list for Commander Legends. I cut Goblin Engineer for Jeweled Lotus. He recommended cutting a mana dork. You can read our exchange in the comments section. I am also playtesting Hullbreacher for Reap but haven't gotten in any games with this change.
The other list I have been playing and updating since 2012.

It is definitely a glass cannon deck as all Maelstrom Wanderer decks have to be because of cascade. It isn't as strong as the Xyris deck.
I haven't gotten a chance to play your deck yet but I have all the pieces/proxies. My playgroup allows for proxies of cards we own. Should I be able to playtest the deck would you be ok with me posting it on Moxfield.com crediting you in the title? I did that with Marcsman's Xyris deck. I copied a lot of the Tappedout.net chat and put it in the primer section.

Great list! I assume you also posted this list on Mtggoldfish.com under the name of thealt.
Doesn't Opposition Agent take the place of Aven Mindcensor?
Doesn't Hullbreacher take the place of Alms Collector?
